We accept returns for in-store credit only within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags/packaging.
Final Sale Items: Seasonal items, sale merchandise, custom/personalized products, food items, permanent jewelry, and event/workshop tickets.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
