Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier.

We ship within the United States only.

Once shipped, Chic Mercantile is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please file a claim with the carrier if an issue occurs.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address cannot be refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.

Local pickup (if enabled) will be available during regular business hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready.
